The congress will last for three days, each of which will concentrate on one of the following areas:

• Raw materials markets: here we will focus on the trade in grains and oilseeds, the analysis of sea transport and bioenergies.
• Food Safety: here we will discuss the impact of animal feedstuffs on public health, compliance with hygiene regulations and exchange information on the appearance of pathogens and the detection of traces of medicines in products of animal origin.
• Innovation: here we will present studies and research work focusing on improving the quality of products through animal feedstuffs.
