The Congress will be held at the Palacio Kursaal in Donostia-San Sebastián from June 10th-12th 2009. de 2009.

The Palacio Kursaal is a spectacular building on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea designed by the architect Rafael Moneo. It is the epicentre of cultural and congress activities in the town and hosts over 300 events attended by 600,000 participants every year. Enter its two translucent glass cubes and you’ll be amazed by the multiple possibilities of its layout.

The Kursaal is located on the seafront close to the French border, some 100 kilometres from Bilbao.

San Sebastián sis 19 kilometres from Hondarribia airport, 49 from Biarritz airport, 122 from Vitoria airport and 93 from Pamplona.

It’s only a short walk from the congress centre to the best-known parts of the city, such as La Parte Vieja (Old Town) and La Bahía de La Concha (The Bay), as well as the shopping areas.
