• The completed work will consist of no more than 4 pages and be structured as normal:introduction,      aims, materials and method, results, conclusions and/or discussion
• The font used will be Arial 10, single-spaced, with justified text,in DIN A4 format with the following margins, top and bottom 3 cm, left and right 3 cm.
• The deadline for completed works is April 3th 2009.
• All summaries accepted will be published n the organisation's website, unless the author has failed to register by the deadline.
• Presentation of a communication at the Congress involves acceptance of the present regulations.

Once their work has been accepted, authors should bring a poster with the following measurements to the Congress:

• Posters must have the following measurements 90 cm wide and 1.20 cm high.
• They will be hung on June 10th and removed after the closing.
• The organisation will provide all materials needed to hang posters.
